Narc (2002)

An undercover narcotics cop in Detroit gets suspended after a bust went terribly wrong. After a fellow officer is found murdered, he's given one more chance. Teamed up with the dead cop's volatile partner, he sets out on the killer's trail through a maze of lies and changing loyalties.
